Younger kids will love the various playgrounds scattered across the Heath, where they can climb, swing, and slide in safe, well-maintained environments. The Heath is also accessible, with pathways that accommodate pushchairs and wheelchairs, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the park’s amenities.

Kenwood House and Gardens can also be found in Hampstead Heath. As can Golders Hill Park which has a small zoo.
One of my favourite things to do with friends is to go on a walk and have a good chin wag. Hampstead Heath has also been a go to for that. It’s so gorgeous and has those country vibes that you don’t always get in London parks. Even when I was younger, I used to go a lot with my family. Sometimes we’ll go for a walk and then finish the day with a tea or coffee at the cafe. Other times, usually in the winter, we’ll do cold walk and finish it off with a roast lunch in a local pub. Highly recommend that!
