Stockley Farm near Northwich in Cheshire is a fab day out for kids of all ages. Start the day off with a tractor and trailer ride from the car park to the farm, then feed the baby lambs and the goats, see the birds of prey, pet a duck and even race some sheep! There are loads of hand-on activities for you to try on this real working farm, as well as demonstrations such as the milking parlour, which is open for viewing from 3:30pm every day. Birds of Prey displays are held every weekend and on certain days during school holidays.

Even if animals aren’t your thing, there are fantastic indoor and outdoor playgrounds as well as a woodland nature trail. If you need refreshments, stop off at the Tearoom or Ice Cream Kiosk.
