About Canalway Cavalcade
“There are loads of things for kids to do. It’s really awesome – 10/10” – Elliot, aged 12
Canalway Cavalcade is a brilliant, boat-filled festival in Little Venice every May Bank Holiday. Expect floating homes, food stalls, music, crafts, kids’ activities, and a magical illuminated boat parade. It’s quirky, free, and fun for all ages – a proper London day out with a village fête twist.
KidRated Top Tip:
Go early! The morning is calmer, the boats are freshly spruced up, and you’ll beat the crowds (and queues). Don’t miss the Illuminated Boat Procession on Sunday at 9 PM – a magical highlight of the festival!.
