It depends on the activity, but think sporty and comfy. Wear clothes you can move in, so leggings, joggers, trainers. Track cycling, BMX or mountain biking? Long sleeves and long trousers are required. Helmets and gear are provided, but feel free to bring your own if it meets their standards.
Not quite. The Velodrome is inside (the big swooshy Olympic one). The BMX track, mountain biking trails, and road circuit are outside. So pack accordingly. Sunshine = sun cream. Clouds = layers. Rain = waterproofs.
