About Emirates Stadium Tour & Arsenal Museum
Whether you’ve got a wannabe Bukayo Saka at home or just a kid who loves a good tunnel sprint, the Emirates Stadium Tour is a top-tier day out for families. Set in the heart of North London, this self-guided audio tour lets you go behind the scenes at Arsenal’s iconic home ground. You’ll walk through the players’ tunnel, peek inside the dressing rooms, sit in the manager’s seat, and even explore the Arsenal Museum. It’s full of history, shirts, trophies, and the kind of facts that make your football-mad kid’s jaw drop.
Best of all? It’s pram-friendly, fully accessible, and perfect for all ages – though 6+ is the sweet spot. Teens love the high-tech exhibits and Insta-worthy photo ops, while younger kids can burn off energy running the pitch route. You go at your own pace, so snack breaks and loo stops are totally doable. Whether you’re a full-blown Gooner or just tagging along, it’s an epic peek into the beautiful game.
Top tip from the KidRated team:
Don’t skip the museum shop. It’s got everything from mini kits to foam fingers – aka the perfect post-tour bribe.
Definitely. With tunnels to charge through, shirts to spot and fun facts galore, this Arsenal adventure scores big with kids of all ages.
Ages 6+ get the most out of it. They’re old enough to understand what they’re seeing, and young enough to shout “GOOOOAAAL” at full volume.
It’s smart to book online in advance, especially on weekends or school holidays. You’ll save time and sometimes even money.
Yes. It’s fully accessible with lifts, ramps and no steps to trip over. Bring the buggy and cruise in style.
Allow 60–90 minutes, depending on how many photos you need of them sitting in the dugout pretending to be the next Arteta.
Yes. You’ll get entry to the stadium, museum and audio guides for everyone. Check the website for family deals and occasional offers.
Yes, several. No one’s being forced to hold it till half-time.
Yes, even the grumpy ones. The tunnel walk, manager’s seat, and behind-the-scenes stories usually win them over. Throw in some cool merch and a few Insta snaps, and you’ve got a teen-friendly day out (with minimal eye-rolling).
Absolutely. Highbury Fields is great for a post-tour runaround, or head to Islington for coffee, cake, and a tactical debrief.
Yes, though expect some cheeky Arsenal pride. Even if you support another club, it’s still a brilliant behind-the-scenes peek at top-flight football.

I went here on a school trip when I was 7. I sat in the directors box where they have heated seats and really good views. My dad was VERY jealous and was in total shock when I told him where I'd been. I was in the changing rooms and was allowed to go onto the grass. My dad said I have to been to heaven. It was really great but I would not say it was heaven. Mum is from Leeds and she agrees it's not heaven but is pretty cool to see all these things.
