Frighteningly talented and brilliantly creative Kate Herron @iamkateherron is a young English director, writer and producer. She first made a name for herself with her wickedly acerbic short films that included Rest Stop, Smear and the wonderfully dark Open House.

Since then she has gone from strength to strength resulting in shows for BBC 3 and the critically acclaimed Sex Education (2019) for Netflix. This year she has won a whole new legion of fans by directing and executive producing the first season of the Disney+ series Loki starring Tom Hiddleston – hailed by many as one of Marvel’s best series.

While we wait to see what she does next on screen Kate has gone back to one of her first loves, stand-up comedy because according to her “It’s cheaper than therapy.”

We’re thrilled she found time to chat to us so please enjoy her Best Days Out!
